Refund policy


We provide a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The products received do not match your order.
  • The products are defective / damaged upon receipt.
  • The products are damaged during transit.
  • The shipment is lost during transit.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please note that if the shipment is returned due to incorrect address / pin code or phone number, then we will refund the amount deducting the shipping and RTO charges understandably.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
